Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingrients & Directions


9 Inch pie crust; unbaked
1 oz Unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 c Butter
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 tb All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
3 Eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350?. Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat. Mix
remaining ingredients together; add melted chocolate and mix until well
blended. Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until
set-top may ripple a bit when you tap the edge of the pan, but should not
slosh. Cool on wire rack before slicing. A little whipped cream on top
wouldn’t hurt.
