Pink Champagne Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 c Whipping cream
1 c Milk
1 ts Sherry flavoring

Mix together and then whip until thick. It will thicken as it stands

Put between white cake that has been split. Frost with Buttercream Icing ,
to which has been added very finely chopped Maraschino Cherries.
Immediately add shaved pink choc. to the sides and piled on top. Finish
with a cherry on top and if you want you can sprinkle a few large silver
dragres on top of cake.

If you can’t find the pink choc. (Usually you can find it at Craft Stores
that carry cake decorating supplies) you could use the white. I some time
tint the frosting a delicate pink and then the white choc. looks pretty on
top. This cake is good for a party or a bridal or baby shower or special
occasion.
