2 1/4 c Flour; (allpurpose)
2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Butter; (2 sticks)
2 c “JellO” vanilla pudding

3 Eggs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dump all ingredients in at once, mix at medium
speed for 3 minutes. Bake for 60 minutes in a well greased tube pan.
Notes:
If you use whipped margarine instead of real butter, bake at 325 degrees
for 75 minutes.
If you use 1 stick Shedd’s Spread margarine and 1/2 cup whipped margarine,
bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
If you use the “Hunt’s” brand vanilla pudding in the 3 1/2 ounce cup, use
two of these and 1 tablespoon of whole milk.
