2 c Water
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 tb White vinegar
2 ts Vanilla extract
3 c Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
Vegetable cooking spray
2 ts Powdered sugar
Combing 1st 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Separately combine flour and
next 4 ingredients, stir well. Add flour mixture to water mixture. Beat at
low speed on an electric mixer until well blended. Beat an additional 1 min
at high speed. Pour batter into a 13X9X2″ pan coated with cooking spray.
bake at 350F for 35min or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of
cake comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle
powdered sugar over top of cake. Yield 15 3X2-1/2 inch pieces.
