2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Soda
1 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Allspice
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 cn (21-oz) apple pie filling
1/2 c Oil
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped dates
1 c Chopped nuts
Cool whip
Combine first 6 ingredients; stir gently. Combine next 4 ingredients; mix
well and stir into dry ingredients. Stir in dates and nuts. Pour into a
greased and floured 13×9-2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
