1/4 c Peanut butter
2/3 c Water
1 c Bisquick original baking mix
4 Eggs
3 sm Apples; thinly sliced
-(about 2 cups)
3 tb Margarine or butter
1/4 c Sugar
HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Generously grease rectangular baking dish or
pan, 13x9x2 inches. Heat peanut butter and water to boiling in 2-quart
saucepan, stirring occasionally. Add baking mix all at once. Stir
vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball;
remove from heat.
BEAT in eggs, two at a time, with spoon; beat until smooth and glossy
after each addition. Spread in pan (do not spread up sides). Bake 30 to 35
minutes or until puffed and center is dry.
COOK apples and margarine in 10-inch skillet 2 to 3 minutes or until
apples are slightly tender. Sprinkle sugar over apples. Cut pancake into 6
squares. Top each pancake with apple mixture. 6 servings.
