Cranberry Celebration Cake

Ingrients & Directions


Makes 1 13×9 inch cake

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

———————–COOK TIME: 30-35 MINUTES———————–
2 pk (250 gram each) white cake 1 T Grated orange rind
-mix Vanilla frosting (homemade
1 c Water -or commercial)
2 ea Eggs 1/2 c M & M’s plain chocolate
1 1/2 c Fresh or frozen cranberries -candies

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch oblong pan, set aside. In large bowl,
combine cake mix, water and eggs. With electric mixer, beat at
medium high speed for 4 minutes until bater is thickened and smooth.
Stir in cranberries. Bake in 350F oven for 30-35 minutes, until
toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean of cake
batter. Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove cake from pan,
let cool on wire rack. Add orange rind to frosting; stir well.
Spread over cake; sprinkle with M&M’s candies. Cut into squares.
