Chop Suey Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour, Self Rising Icing
2 c Sugar 2 ts Soda
1 c Coconut Flakes 1 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 c Chopped Nuts 1 Stick Margarine
1 Crushed Pineapple 20 oz all 2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs 2 c Confectioners Sugar
2 ts Baking Powder

Mix Flour, Sugar, Pineapple and juice, 1/2 the nuts, some Coconut,
Soda and the Eggs with a fork. Bake in a greased and floured sheet
cake pan, Bake at 350 for 35 – 45 min.

Icing Combine Cream Cheese, Margarine, Vanilla and Confectioners
Sugar, whip well. Spread on warm cake. Good!!!
