Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Margarine 3 c Self-rising Flour
3 c Sugar 2 tb Lemon Extract
5 ea Eggs 3/4 c Seven-Up

Cream together margarine and sugar for 20 minutes. THIS IS IMPORTANT!
Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, unsifted. Blend in Seven-Up and
lemon extract. Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 325
degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until cake tests done. Very easy and
