Strawberry Shortcake

Ingrients & Directions


2 pt Strawberries, ripe
1 Shortcake (see recipe)
1/2 c Honey, raw, or alternative

1. Wash the strawberries and gently rub away seeds.
Set aside one whole strawberry. Remove green tops of the rest and slice
lengthwise. Cover with honey or alternative, and mix gently. Refrigerate
for one hour.

2. Gently brush any crubs off the top of the shortcake nd cover with the
strawberries. Garnish with the whole strawberry.
