300 g Raw sweetcorn kernels
1 tb Curry powder
2 tb Rice flour
3 tb Wheat flour
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Light soy sauce
Oil for deep frying
Coriander
-SAUCE-
2 Cloves garlic; finely
-chopped
1 Chilli; finely chopped
2 tb Rice vinegar
1 tb Sugar
In a bowl mix together the ingredients except the oil, stirring well to
make a thick dough. Heat the oil. Using a spoon form the dough into small
cakes and slide into the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown, drain and
allow to cool.
Sauce: Mix together and serve with the sweetcorn cakes.
