Becky’s Strawberry Cake

Ingrients & Directions


10 oz Mini marshmallows
1 pk Yellow cake mix
1 sm Strawberry Jello
16 oz Frozen strawberries; thaw
– partialy, not drained
2/3 c Water; cold

Make cake batter as directed on cake mix package. Put marshmallows
evenly in bottom of 9×13″ baking pan. Spread prepared cake mix over;
sprinkle jello powder over this. Spoon berries even as possible over
top; drizzle water over all. Bake in preheated 350~ oven for 55
minutes. Let cool in pan and serve with fresh berries and whipped
cream. Serves 12 and freezes beautifully.
