Ingrients & Directions
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Vanilla yogurt
1 Egg
1 c Flour
1 1/2 tb Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
In a blender combine the oil, yogurt and egg. Place the top on the
blender and whirl until smooth. In a separate bowl mix together the
remaining ingredients. Add the mixture in the bowl to the mixture in
the blender. Place the top back on the blender and whirl until smooth
again.
Use the batter immediately to make 6 large pancakes!
