Ingrients & Directions
200 g Plain flour
200 g Sugar
35 g Cocoa powder
1/2 ts Bicarb of soda
165 ml Veg oil
200 ml Water
60 ml White vinegar
Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Whisk in the water until thoroughly combined. Add the vinegar and
whisk, the mix will bubble at this stage.
Pour in the oil and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into lined and greased 9 inch cake tin and bake at 180C for 15-20
minutes.
Garnish with caramelised oranges, white and dark chocolate or fresh
fruit, ie figs etc.
