1 cn Tart sherries; in their own
-juice
3 tb Granulated sugar replacement
Combine all ingredients and stir to completely blend. Pour into a
well-greased 8″ or 9″ baking pan. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or
until cake tests done. Yield: 9 servings, 100 calories each Exchange,
1 serving: 1 bread, 1/2 fat
