Baked Camembert And Gorgonzola With Honey And Oatcakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 Whole camembert; (in wooden
-box)
1 Garlic clove
2 Sprigs fresh thyme
Crusty bread
1 Wedge Gorgonzola
2 Oat cakes
2 ts Good quality set honey

Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.

1 Cut the garlic into slivers and push into the cheese with the thyme
sprigs. Bake for 20 minutes until beginning to soften and melt.

2 Cut two slices of Gorgonzola and place on top of the oatcakes.
Drizzle over the honey. Remove the camembert from the oven and serve
with pieces of crusty bread, ripe pears, grapes, and apple slices for
dipping and spreading.
