English Lemon Tea Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 c Butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Milk
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
1 pn Salt
1 1/4 ts Lemon extract

Cream ingredients together. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake in cupcake
pan for 20 minutes. This recipe came from England over 100 years ago.
