2 c Sugar
1 Stick; less two pats, of
-BUTTER
Enough evaporated milk to
-just wet the sugar
1 ts Almond extract
1 ts Vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients except extracts and cook over low heat only until
sugar is melted – stir constantly. Add the extracts, then beat over a plan
of cold water until thick. Spread on an Angel Food Cake.
