1 c Flour
2/3 c Packed brown sugar
=AB c Cornstarch
2 ts Baking powder
=AB t Salt
=AB t Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground ginger
1/8 ts Nutmeg
2 Egg whites
2/3 c Skim milk
=AB c Dark Karo corn syrup
1 ts Vanilla
spray 9 in cake pan with Pam. in large bowl, combine flour, brown
sugar,,cornstarch, baking powder, slat , and spices. In medium bowl, whisk
egg whites, milk, syrup and vanilla. Add to flour mixture and stir units
smooth. Pour into prepared pan and cook 350 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan
