Passover Apple Cake

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Matzo cake meal
1 ts Potato starch
4 Apples; peeled and sliced
1/3 c Sugar
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Oil

Toss apples with 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Blend in dry ings. Put 3/4 of the batter in a
greased 9″ square pan. Arrange apples over. Top with rema ining batter.
Bake 50-60 min. at 350F.
