Pear Cake

Ingrients & Directions


3/8 c Granulated sugar
3/4 c Shortening
3 c All-purpose flour
1 c Nuts
1 c Pear preserves
4 Eggs
1 c Buttermilk mixed with
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cloves
1 ts Allspice
1 ts Nutmeg

Mix all ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
