2 pk (8 oz. each) philadelphia
-cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c Butter; melted
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed
until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Mix crumbs and butter.
Press into 8″ square babaking pan that has been lined with foil.
POUR batter over crust.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate
3 hours or overnight, Cut into bars.

Notes: PHILLY 3-Step Cheesecake: Omit crumbs and butter. Pour batter into
ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 in.). Bake and cool as
directed.
