Pineapple Coffee Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 Quick coffee cake recipe
1/2 c Flour
1/3 c Brown sugar — packed
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 c Butter or margarine
1 c Pineapple tidbits*

*Drained and cut in half. Spread Quick Coffee Cake batter into a 9 by 9 by
2-inch pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Make topping by combining flour,
sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Spread pineapple over batter. Sprinkle topping
over pineapple. Bake in a 400 F. oven about 25 minutes. Yield: One 9-inch
square cake, about 9 servings
