1 Box yellow cake mix
1 cn (large) crushed pineapple
1 Box (large) vanilla Cook and
-Serve Pudding
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
Whipped cream optional
Prepare and bake cake according to directions. While cake is still warm,
pour pineapple, juice and all, over entire cake. Meanwhile, cook pudding
according to directions; only use one half cup less milk than directions
call for. Add cream cheese to mixture while it is cooking. Melt into the
pudding. When mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat and pour over cake.
Thoroughly chill the cake before adding whipped cream.
