-firmly in cup, (can be
-cooked in microwave)
1 c Crushed cracker crumbs
2 Eggs; beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tb Minced onion
1 tb Minced parsley
1 tb Lemon juice
1 c Tomato juice
Mix and fry in cooking oil.
