Rhubarb Coffee Cake #1

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Brown sugar
1 Cube butter (???)
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1 c Buttermilk
1 1/2 c Rhubarb; cut into 1/2 inch
-pieces
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Cinnamon

Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla. Add flour, salt,
and soda alternatly with buttermilk. Stir in rhubarb. Top with brown
sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes in a 2 quart baking
dish.

NOTE: What the heck is a “cube” of butter??????? — Glen
