Ingrients & Directions
1 c Brown sugar
1 c Lard
1 ts Baking soda; heaping
8 ea Eggs; well beaten
5 c Flour
Take out 2 T. of egg white to wash top of cookies. Mold in hand, do
not roll on bake board.
Note: No time or temperature given. Assume a 425 F. oven.
