3 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 c White sugar
1/2 c Margarine
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Egg beaters
12 oz Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in
mixing bowl. Cream brown sugar, white sugar, margarine and vanilla
extract until smooth and creamy. Beat in egg beaters. Gradually add
in dry mix, alternating with water. Stir in chocolate morsels. Drop
by rounded spoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 10
to 12 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to wire
racks and cool completetely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies. Per serving
(2 cookies) 166 calories, 4 gm fat; pecent of calories from fat =
31.5%
