No-bake Peanutty Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Roasted Honey nut Skippy
Creamy or Super Chunk Peanut
-butter
2 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 c Confectioners’ sugar
1/2 c Karo Light or Dark Corn
-Syrup
1/4 c Semisweet chocolate chips,
-melted
Colored sprinkles (optional)

In large bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs,
confectioners’ sugar and corn syrup. Mix until smooth. Shape into 1
inch balls. Place on waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet.

Drizzle melted chocolate over balls; roll in colored sprinkles, if
desired. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
