MIX SHORTENING, PEANUT BUTTER, SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR AND EGG THOROUGHLY. MIX
ALL DRY INGREDIENTS, STIR INTO SHORTENING MIX. CHILL DOUGH FOR ABOUT 1
HOUR. ROLL INTO BALLS 1 1/4″ DIAMETER. PLACE ON BAKING SHEET AND
CRISS-CROSS PRESS WITH A FLOURED FORK. BAKE AT 375 DEG. F. FOR 10-12
MINUTES.
