1 c MARGARINE 1 ts VANILLA
2 c SUGAR 5 c FLOUR
2 x EGGS 2 ts BAKING SODA
1 c VEGETABLE OIL 2 ts CREAM OF TARTAR
1/2 ts SALT

CREAM TOGETHER MARGARINE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH AND LIGHT. ADD EGGS,
OIL, SALT, AND VANILLA. STIR IN FLOUR WHICH HAS BEEN MIXED WITH BAKING SODA
AND CREAM OF TARTAR. MIX WELL. FORM INTO BALLS AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET.
SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 10 MINUTES.
MAKES ABOUT 5 DOZEN COOKIES. PER SERVING (2 COOKIES) CALORIES 125, FAT
7g., SODIUM 45mg., CHOL 10mg. PERCENTAGE OF FAT = 50.4 %
