1 c Margarine/butter softened 1 ts Baking Soda
1 1/4 c Brown Sugar, firmly packed 1/2 ts Salt, (optional)
1/2 c Granulated Sugar 2 1/2 c Quaker Old Fashioned Oats,
2 Eggs Uncooked
2 tb Milk 2 c Semi-sweet choolate morsels
2 ts Vanilla 1 c Nuts, coarsely chopped –
1 3/4 c All-purpose Flour (optional)
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat margarine & sugars until creamy. Add
eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda 7 & salt;
mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate morsels & nuts; mix well. Drop by
rounded measuring Tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9
to 10 minutes for a cchewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for a ccrispy
cookie. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool
completely.
