Crunchy Nut Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c White sugar
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Butter, soft
2 Eggs
3 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Nuts, chopped

Mix thoroughly sugar, shortening and eggs and vanilla. Sift together
flour, soda and salt. Add to mixture and then stir in nuts. Shape
into balls (1 tablespoon) and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with greased glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
at 375 degrees. Randy Rigg
