1 1/2 c Flour 1 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt 2 Eggs
1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Butter or margarine — 4 c Nut & Honey Crunch —
-softened -crushed to 2 cups
1/2 c Peanut butter 1 c Peanut butter chips
Stir together flour, salt and baking powder; set aside. In large
mixing bowl, beat together butter, peanut butter and sugar until
combined. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in dry ingredients,
cereal and peanut butter chips. Drop by slightly rounded tbsp onto
ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. With fork, flatten
cookies to 2 1/4″ in diameter. Bake at 350 about 12 minutes. Cool on
wire rack before storing in airtight container. 130 calories per
cookie.
