French Coconut Pie

Ingrients & Directions


1 Stick butter
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 Eggs; beaten
1 cn (7-oz) coconut
1 ts Vanilla
1 tb Vinegar
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients in order. Pour into pie shell. Bake
at
350 for 30 minutes.
