Ingrients & Directions
1 9 inch pie crust; baked &
-cooled
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 pn Salt
1/4 c Cornstarch
1 pk Strawberry jello, 3 oz.
1 qt Strawberries
Whipped cream
Combine water, sugar, salt & cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook until the
mixture is clear, stir in jello. Let cool. Stir in the strawberries. Pour
into prepared pie crust. Refrigerate until set. Top with whipped cream.
