2 Eggs 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tb Vanilla extract 12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation Time: 0:32 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl,
beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and
vanilla with an electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy, 3 to
4 mins. Beat in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa until
well blended. 2. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by generous
tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. 3. Bake 10
to 12 mins, watching carefully, until set. Do not overbake. Let
cookies cool on pans 3 to 4 mins, then remove to racks to cool
completely.
Variation: MOCHA CINNAMON COOKIES
Add 1 Tbs instant coffee powder and 2 Tbs cinnamon to dough along with
flour.
