2 Eggs 1 1/2 c Coconut; shredded or
2 tb Light corn syrup -flaked
2 ts Vanilla extract 1 c Pecans; chopped

Preparation Time: 0:20 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl,
beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer on medium until light
and fluffy, 1 to 2 mins. Add eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla and beat
until well blended. Beat in flour, cocoa, and baking soda until
thoroughly incorporated. Stir in coconut and pecans. 2. Drop by
heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Do not flatten
cookies. Bake 10 to 11 mins. Do not overbake. Let cookies cool 1 to 2
mins on pans, then remove to racks to cool completely.
