Ingrients & Directions


1 lb OREO COOKIES, crushed 5 Jumbo EGGS, warmed in micro
5 tb BUTTER, melted -for 25 secs
Mix well and pat into 1/2 c HEAVY CREAM
-10-inch springform pan. 1/4 c CORNSTARCH
CAKE 1 tb VANILLA
2 lb CREAM CHEESE (good quality), 20 OREOS, each broken into 4
-softened in -pieces
Microwave for 2 mins on high 6 oz WHITE CHOCOLATE, melted
1 c SUGAR -(optional)
