Ginger Icebox Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Shortening 3 ts Ginger
1 c Sugar 1 ts Salt
1/2 c Molasses 2 ea Eggs
4 1/2 c Flour

Cream sugar, shortening, add eggs. Beat well. Add molasses and dry
ingredients to make a stiff dough. Form into roll. Put in icebox to
chill.

Note: Cut, place on baking sheet. Bake in 375 F. oven.
