Ingrients & Directions

8 c All-purpose flour
2 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Crisco
2 1/4 c Ice water

-HAM AND CHEESE PIE FILLING-
2 lb Ham; chop fine
2 c Onions; chop fine
1 ts Black pepper
2 Clove garlic; mince
3 tb Parsley; chop
1 lb Jalapeno cheese; grate*

MEAT PIE FILLING
2 lb Lean ground beef
2 c White onions; chop fine
2 Clove garlic; chop
2 Ribs celery; chop
1/4 Bell pepper; chop
1 bn Green onions; chop
2 tb Parsley; chop
Crystal hot sauce
2 ts Salt
1 tb Pepper

-APPLE PIE FILLING-
4 Apples; peel; seed, dice
1 c Sugar
1 tb Butter
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Water
