Chocolate Chip Slab Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Margarine (or half
-butter/half marg
1 c Brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Flour
1 c Chocolate chips

1. Cream together margarine and sugar (make sure to beat thoroughly!),
then add vanilla and flour, mixing well. Stir in chips.

2. Lightly pat into greased 15″x10″ cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350F
for 25 mins and cut while warm.

Don’t pat into pan too hard – makes hard cookies. Not the most gourmet of
cookies, but it does the job when a craving hits.
