1 c Flour
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Butter
FILLING
2 Egg whites
1 c Sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
1 pk Frozen strawberries -or-
2 c Sliced fresh strawberries
1 c Whipped cream
Mix pastry ingredients and press into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 10-15 minutes. After pastry is done and cooled, crumble the
pastry. Return crumbled pastry to pan, reserving a small amount. Beat egg
whites, sugar and lemon juice at high speed until peaked. Mix in
strawberries. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over pastry in pan. Top with
reserved pastry crumbs. Freeze.
