1/2 lb White chocolate, break — in
Pieces
1/2 c Almond slivers or sm. walnut
Pieces
1/3 c Sunflower seeds
1/3 c Sesame seeds
1/3 c Seedless raisins
1 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Shortening
2 tb Smooth peanut butter
1/3 c Shredded coconut
(You can also make this with dark chocolate, omit cinnamon & sunflower &
sesame seeds if you do. The white is more colorful. I call the chocolate
ones moo-moo pies.) 1. Put chocolate, peanut butter & shortening in a
microwave safe bowl. Heat on 80% power until all ingredients are melted. I
stir once every minute to make sure all ingredients are mixing together. 2.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. 3.Spoon on to wax paper in
teaspoonfuls or paper candy cups. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours for a
good set. Then store in air- tight container. Kids love both flavors.
Adults seem to perfer the white.
