Eggless Ginger Cookies – Rolled

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sugar 2 ts Baking soda
1 c Shortening 1 ts Ginger; to taste
1 c Molasses; baking 1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Milk; sour

Flour enough to roll.

Note: Combine ingredients adding enough flour to roll without sticking to
board. Cut, bake in 425 F. oven.
