Fudge Pie

Ingrients & Directions


3 Whole Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Flour; Pre Sifted
1/2 c Butter
2 Whole unsweetened chocolate
-squares, 1 Oz Each
1/2 c Chopped Pecans
1 ts Vanilla
Whipped Cream

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease a 9″ pie plate well.

3. Beat eggs and sugar until thickened and pale.

4. Stir in flour.

5. Melt butter and chocolate, stirring constantly until smooth.

6. Stir into egg mixture.

7. Fold in pecans and vanilla.

8. Pour into pie plate.

9. Bake in pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
