Ingrients & Directions

1 c Sugar
1 c One minute oats (not Old
-Fashioned )
4 oz Butter – melted must use
-Real Butter! 1 stick
2 tb Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 lg Egg
1 pn Salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients. Place aluminum foil on
cookie sheets dull side up. Do not use heavy duty foil. Use a scant
teaspoon of mixture per cookie. Place 2 in apart. They will spread thin.
Bake for 7 minutes. Allow to cool on foil then peel off. Crispy and yummy.
Can be dipped in chocolate if desired. Keep tightly covered or they will go
soft. No, I don’t know why you use the wrong side of the foil – my mom
always made them this way.
