2 Egg whites
2/3 c Sugar
1 pk Chocolate chips; (16 oz.)
1 c Pecans; chopped
1/2 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Slowly add sugar
and continue beating until mixture is very stiff. Fold in chocolate chips
and vanilla. Drop by teaspoon onto foil covered or greased cookie sheet.
Place into preheated oven. Close door and turn off heat. Leave cookies in
oven overnight and don’t open door until morning.
