One Bowl Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


6 1-oz-ea semisweet chocolate
-square
4 1-oz-ea unsweetened baking
-chocolate squares
6 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/4 c Sugar
3 Egg
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 c Chopped walnuts, optional

Heat oven to 325*. 1. Microwave chocolates and butter in large
microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost
melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is
completely melted and smooth. 2. Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until
blended. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in nuts ( Dough will be soft). Drop by rounded tablespoons onto
ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake: 12 minutes or until set. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire rack.
Store in airtight container.

NOTES : Instead of the semi-sweet baking chocolate, you can use 6 oz.
bittersweet baking chocolate squares.
