Ingrients & Directions
1/2 c Margarine
8 oz Pitted dates
3/4 c Sugar
2 tb Milk
2 Egg yolks
2 ts Vanilla or lemon extract
2 c Rice Krispies cereal
1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Flaked coconut
In a skillet, melt margarine, add dates, sugar, milk and egg yolks. Cook 10
minutes, stirring constantly, over low heat. Remove from heat; add vanilla
or lemon extract, Rice Krispies and pecans. Mix well and shape into balls.
Roll in flaked coconut.
